Contact Sixated

The right inbox for whatever you need — from story ideas to corrections, press and partnerships.

We are a small team and we genuinely read our email. To get your message to the right person quickly, please use the inbox that matches what you need. Choosing the right one is the single best way to get a useful reply fast.

Editorial — editorial@sixated.com

For story ideas, feedback on a guide, questions about our recommendations, pitches from prospective contributors, and anything about the substance of what we publish. If you are pitching to write for us, please put “Pitch” in the subject line and read our Write for Sixated guidelines first. General questions about our standards can come here too.

Corrections — corrections@sixated.com

Spotted something factually wrong — a mistaken price, an outdated specification, an incorrect ingredient or detail? Tell us here. Please include the page URL, the specific claim you believe is incorrect, what you think the correct information is, and a source if you have one. We take reader corrections seriously; the full process is on our Corrections page.

Press — press@sixated.com

For journalists and media partners: interview requests, comment, and enquiries about Sixated itself. Key brand facts and details about our team are already gathered on our Press page, which may answer your question immediately.

Advertising and partnerships — advertising@sixated.com

For display advertising, sponsored content and newsletter partnerships. Please tell us about your brand, the campaign you have in mind and your timing. Note that we do not run gambling, cryptocurrency-speculation or adult advertising, and we do not sell paid links — the full picture is on our Advertise page.

What to expect

We aim to acknowledge genuine enquiries promptly, and to move quickly on anything time-sensitive, especially corrections that could affect a reader’s purchase. We are a lean editorial operation, so we cannot always reply individually to every pitch or piece of feedback, but every message is read and the good ones shape what we do next. Please write to a single, relevant inbox rather than emailing all of them at once — it helps us route your message and reply faster.

Response expectations

We are a small editorial team, so please set expectations accordingly. We aim to acknowledge genuine enquiries within a few working days, and we move faster on anything time-sensitive — corrections that could affect a purchase, and press requests on a deadline, jump the queue. Pitches and general feedback are all read, but because of the volume we cannot promise an individual reply to each one. If you have not heard back on a pitch after a couple of weeks, it is fine to assume it was not the right fit for now, and you are welcome to send us a different idea.

The feedback we love most

Some messages genuinely make our week. If a guide helped you buy the right thing — or saved you from the wrong one — we would love to know. If you think we missed the best pick in a category, tell us what it is and why; several of our updates have started exactly that way. And if there is a Top-6 you wish existed but cannot find, that is one of the most useful emails you can send us, because it tells us what to make next. Reader intelligence is one of the best inputs we have.

A note on what we cannot help with

Sixated is a publication, not a retailer. We do not sell the products we recommend, so we cannot process orders, returns, refunds or delivery questions for anything you have bought elsewhere — those need to go to the retailer or brand directly. What we can help with is our own content: getting it right, making it more useful, and hearing what you would like us to cover next.
