The Sixated Six Newsletter
Six curated stories, one email, every Sunday. Our best editing, distilled to the number that matters.
The Sixated Six is our weekly newsletter, and it is built on the same idea as the rest of the publication: six is the right number. No firehose of links, no daily nagging — just six things worth your attention, chosen by our editors, delivered once a week.
What it is
Every Sunday, we send one email containing six curated stories from across Sixated and the wider world of considered living. It is the week distilled — the guides worth reading, the pieces we could not stop thinking about, and the occasional thing our editors simply loved. It takes a few minutes to read and is designed to leave you with a short, memorable shortlist rather than an overflowing tab bar. The newsletter is completely free.
What to expect in your inbox
A typical edition of The Sixated Six includes:
- the standout new Top-6 guides from our Fashion, Beauty, Wellness, Home and other desks,
- a smart pick or two worth buying, wearing or trying right now,
- a Culture or Icons note from Sofia Marchetti’s corner of the site,
- and, when it is worth your money, a genuinely good sale or a seasonal edit — flagged honestly, never inflated.
Six items, chosen with the same restraint as our guides. If something is in the newsletter, an editor thought it earned the slot.
Editing, not advertising
The Sixated Six is edited by humans, to the same standards as everything else we publish. Where a newsletter edition contains sponsorship, it is clearly labelled and kept separate from our curated editorial picks, exactly as described in our Sponsored Content Policy. A sponsor cannot buy a place among the six stories we choose on merit. What lands in your inbox is our editing first.
How to sign up
You can subscribe using the newsletter sign-up on Sixated — enter your email address, confirm if we ask you to, and your first Sunday edition will follow. That is the whole commitment. There is no charge, and no catch.
Your privacy, plainly
We ask only for your email address to send you the newsletter. We use it to deliver The Sixated Six and, occasionally, related updates about the publication — nothing more. We do not sell your email address, and we do not hand your details to advertisers. Every edition includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time, instantly, with no friction and no “are you sure” gauntlet. If you ever want to know what we hold or want it removed, write to editorial@sixated.com.
Why once a week, and why Sunday
Plenty of newsletters arrive daily and treat your inbox like a billboard. We deliberately do not. One considered email a week respects both your attention and the format: if we are going to send you exactly six things, they should be six things worth choosing, and that takes an editor a week to earn. Sunday is intentional too. It lands when you actually have a moment — planning the week ahead, thinking about what to wear, cook, read or buy — rather than competing with a Monday-morning avalanche. The whole point of Sixated is fewer, better; the newsletter’s cadence is that promise applied to your week.
Why subscribe
Because the best version of Sixated is the curated one, and the newsletter is curation applied to your week. If you like the idea of fewer, better recommendations from named experts who test and choose — delivered once, on a Sunday, and never overstaying their welcome — The Sixated Six is for you.
